Paul Fulmer is a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Business Consultant to companies and Individuals with significant Real Estate holdings. Paul has a record of successfully guiding companies with their commercial real estate acquisitions, lease obligations and overall asset management. Paul also has extensive experience working with construction executives and other real estate project stakeholders throughout the U.S and abroad in evaluating opportunities, potential barriers and solutions. A recent highlight includes an urban commercial development project that resulted in a collection of new retail and restaurants in West End Lancaster. This was an adaptive reuse that was the first private money retail project catalyzing the transformation of the northwest quadrant of Lancaster City. Many other projects start with a market assessment and turn into an actionable real estate plan and overall deployment.
In addition to overseeing transactional functions, he works with C-level stakeholders as a consultant. In this capacity he is an advisor on key decisions in Real Estate related matters that require an experienced, knowledgeable, creative leader who can solve complex problems. Consulting with internal and external corporate experts on tax, corporate strategy and other company stakeholders, he is able to provide recommendations that will maximize value for the company. Once the recommendation is approved, and if warranted, he can implement the management decision with the company stakeholders.
Increasingly, Paul’s trusted advisory role has led to other senior roles within these organizations including Board seats where Paul has had positive impacts on business revenues and overall organizational goals and business outcomes.
